If your ad is blocked, then try to look for the reason in Service Rules. Having found the reason, eliminate the violation of the rules and submit the ad again.

Most often, the account is blocked because the user's behavior does not correspond to Service Rules, for example:

• Repeated posting of ads that were blocked by the moderator. For example, ads containing goods/services prohibited by the legislation of Georgia and/or the Terms of Use of the service, or containing links to third-party sites;
• Publishing ads or sending messages using third-party software or automated scripts;
• Use in the photo, first name or last name of the user of information prohibited by the legislation of Georgia and/or the Terms of Use of the service (obscene expressions, contact details);
• The user fraudulently tried to get the bank card data of other users;
• The user did not send the goods after receiving the prepayment or did not pay for the goods after receiving it.

If the administration Autospot.ge blocked your account, and you are sure that you followed the Rules of the service, write to us.
