Version of 14 October 2026.
This is a public offer: a proposal by Autospot.ge to conclude a contract for paid services on the website autospot.ge. Payment for a service means that the User has accepted the terms of the Offer (Section 3). Legally, the Georgian version of this document prevails; all other language versions, including this English version, are translations provided for convenience (clause 1.8).
1.1. This public offer (the “Offer”) is addressed to any person who uses the website autospot.ge (the “Site”) and sets out the terms of the paid services provided on the Site under the name Autospot.ge.
1.2. The Provider is the person whose details are given in Section 11 “Details and contacts”: the name with the legal form, the identification code from the Registry of Entrepreneurs, the registered address and the contact details. The Provider provides services on the Site under the name Autospot.ge.
1.3. The following terms are used in the Offer:
1.4. The Offer supplements the User Agreement, which refers to it in respect of paid services. Where the User Agreement allows documents to be changed without notice (clauses 1.2 and 3.1.5 of the agreement), excludes the Provider’s liability “under no circumstances” (clause 3.1.3 of the agreement) or otherwise determines jurisdiction (clause 8.9 of the agreement), then for paid Services, payments and refunds Sections 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the Offer and the Refund Policy apply. “Provider” in the User Agreement means the person whose details are given in Section 11 of the Offer. The Rules for Submitting Listings and the list of items prohibited from publication also apply to paid Listings.
1.5. No provision of the Offer, the User Agreement or other documents of the Site limits the Consumer’s rights under the legislation of Georgia. Unclear terms are interpreted in favour of the Consumer.
1.6. The Offer is published at autospot.ge/oferta and remains in force until it is withdrawn or replaced by a new version. Withdrawal of the Offer does not affect Services that have already been paid for.
1.7. Services may be ordered by persons aged 18 or over and by organisations. By ordering a Service, the Customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old (or are acting on behalf of an organisation and are authorised to do so), that the data in their profile is correct and that they are entitled to use the chosen payment method, for example their own bank card.
1.8. The Site is available in several languages. Under the legislation of Georgia, information for consumers is provided in Georgian (Art. 5(1) of the Law of Georgia “On Consumer Protection” No. 1455 of 29.03.2022; Art. 10 of the Law of Georgia “On Electronic Commerce” No. 3110 of 13.06.2023). Therefore the Georgian version of the Offer, published on the Site when the Georgian language is selected, is the legally authoritative one; this English version and the other language versions are translations provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Georgian version prevails. This does not deprive the Consumer of the right to rely on clause 1.5 on the interpretation of unclear terms in the Consumer’s favour.
2.1. The Provider provides Services to the Customer, and the Customer pays for them. The Services are of the following types:
2.2. The price, term and content of each Service are stated on the Service page (in the promotion window, on the plan page or in the publication payment window) and in the payment window. The Provider provides the Service with the content stated on the Service page at the time of the order. The terms of a specific order are the price, term and content of the Service that the Site showed at the time of the order: the price in effect at the time of the order applies. The Provider may change the prices, terms, content and names of Services for future orders; such a change does not affect Services that have already been paid for (for plan renewal, see clause 5.8).
2.3. Prices are stated in lari (₾) and include all taxes applicable to the Service. For business plans, the payment window states the price for the period (30 or 365 days) and the auto-renewal terms. The amount shown in the payment window is the total amount payable: the Provider does not add hidden fees to it. The Bank or the issuer of the Customer’s card may charge its own fees and apply its own exchange rate if the card is not issued in lari; the Provider does not control these terms.
2.4. A Service does not include or guarantee the publication of a Listing (in any case, it undergoes review — moderation — under the Rules), the award of any verification badges, or the result of a sale. Verification badges are not sold: paid Services have no effect on their award.
2.5. Listings with paid promotion are marked on the card with badges named after the Service (“Hot offers”, Premium, “In TOP”) and with a red “Urgent” label: they show that the placement is paid. The “Ad” label applies to advertising banners. The Customer agrees to this marking.
3.1. Acceptance of the Offer, that is, acceptance of its terms, is the payment for a Service — any of the following actions:
3.2. In the payment window, the Site shows the name of the Service, the term and the total amount, the Provider’s country (Georgia), the support contact info@autospot.ge and links to the Offer and the Refund Policy. Next to the payment button there is a checkbox: “I have read and accept the Offer and the Refund Policy, including the refund limitations under Section 8”. The checkbox is not ticked by default; until it is ticked, the payment button is inactive. The payment button shows the amount (for example, “Activate for 12 ₾” or “Publish for 49 ₾”) and means that the order entails an obligation to pay. The same applies to the Balance top-up window. The Provider records the date, time and text of each confirmation.
3.3. If a Service costs 30 ₾ or more, the payment window contains a second, separate checkbox, also not ticked by default: “I request that the Service begin immediately after payment. I understand that once the Service has been fully performed I lose the right to withdraw from the contract”. Without it, such a Service cannot be paid for. The Provider records the date, time and text of this confirmation.
3.4. The contract is concluded at the moment of payment: when funds are debited from the Balance or when the Provider receives payment confirmation from the Bank. The contract is concluded in electronic form; there is no need to sign a paper copy.
3.5. The technical steps of an order are: choosing the Service and the term; checking the name, term and amount in the payment window; ticking the checkboxes required by clauses 3.2–3.3; pressing the payment button and, for card payment, entering the data on the Bank’s page; the confirmation screen and the email under clause 3.6. Before the payment button is pressed, you can go back to the previous step, change the Service, the term or the Listing, or close the window: in that case no contract is concluded. After payment, a mistake can be corrected only through support (Section 9).
3.6. Order confirmation. Immediately after payment, the Site shows an on-screen confirmation that the order has been received. No later than the start of performance of the Service, the Provider sends a confirmation email to the account email address stating the name, content, term and price of the Service, the date and time of payment, the Provider’s details (Section 11), the conditions for withdrawal from the contract (clauses 8.3–8.5) with a link to the model withdrawal form (Appendix 1), and, for a Consumer, also a record of the confirmations given under clauses 3.2–3.3. Payment details remain available in the “Payment history” section, and the running of the Service can be seen on the Listing card (remaining term). For funds credited to the Balance, the Site sends an email to the account email address. The receipt for a card payment is shown by the Bank’s page. On request at info@autospot.ge, the Provider issues a payment confirmation (date, amount, name of the Service).
3.7. Storage of the contract and languages. The contract is concluded in electronic form. The terms are posted at autospot.ge/oferta, the order data is available in “Payment history” and in the email under clause 3.6, and can be saved or printed. The version of the Offer in force on the date of payment applies to the contract; the Provider sends it on request at info@autospot.ge. The contract can be concluded in any of the languages of the Site; the Georgian version is authoritative (clause 1.8).
4.1. Currency. All payments and settlements on the Site are made in lari (GEL).
4.2. Bank card. A card payment is accepted by the Bank on its payment page. The card number and other card data are entered only on the Bank’s page. The Provider does not receive or store card data. Funds are credited once the Bank has confirmed successful payment. Payment methods: a bank card (for example, Visa or Mastercard) on the Bank’s payment page; for organisations, Balance top-up by invoice, where this option is available in the personal account (clause 4.5). Which cards and other payment methods are actually available is determined by the Bank’s payment page; the Provider does not guarantee their availability. Reference information is on the “Payment Methods” page.
4.3. Balance. The Balance is topped up by bank card within the minimum and maximum amounts set on the Site and shown at the time of the top-up. The Balance is the Site’s internal record in lari: it is not a bank account or deposit, no interest accrues on the remaining amount, and the remaining amount cannot be transferred to another User. The Balance is intended for paying for Services on the Site; the conditions for refunding unused money are in clause 4.7 and in the Refund Policy.
4.4. What each Service is paid with. Plans and paid publication in a category are paid for only from the Balance; if funds are insufficient, the Site offers to top up the Balance. Listing promotion Services are paid for from the Balance and, if the Balance is insufficient, by bank card for the full price of the Service (in that case no money is debited from the Balance).
4.5. Payment by invoice for organisations. If payment by invoice is enabled by the Provider, organisations may top up the Balance by an invoice issued in the personal account (the “By invoice” tab). Services are not paid for directly by invoice: the amount is first credited to the Balance, and then Services are paid for from the Balance. The crediting is done by a Provider employee after the money arrives in the Provider’s current account, so it is not instantaneous. The Provider’s bank details are stated in the invoice. The top-up bonus is not awarded for crediting by invoice.
4.6. Bonus Funds.
4.7. Remaining Balance. The conditions for refunding unused money paid in by the Customer are set out in the Refund Policy. Deleting an account does not deprive the Customer of the right to a refund of money paid in by the Customer: before deletion, the Provider informs the Customer of the remaining amount and, on the Customer’s application, refunds the money paid in through actual payments in accordance with the Refund Policy. Bonus Funds are cancelled when the account is deleted.
4.8. Payment failures and errors.
4.9. Payment history. Information on payments, debits and credits is available in the “Payment history” section of the personal account.
5.1. In brief, by type of Service.
5.2. Listing promotion. A Service can be purchased for a Listing that is published or under review. If the Listing is published, the Service is activated immediately after payment. If the Listing is under review (moderation), the money is debited immediately, and the term of the Service begins from the moment the Listing is published; until then, the Listing card shows the status “Activation in progress”.
5.3. How the term is calculated. The term of a Service is calculated in days: N days means N × 24 hours from the moment the Service is activated. The remaining term is shown on the Listing card.
5.4. Repeat purchase and compatibility. An active Service cannot be purchased again; it can be extended after it ends. Some Services are not compatible: for example, the Premium Service already includes the features of “Hot offers”, so they cannot be activated separately for the same Listing; the Site informs you of this when you place the order.
5.5. Term of the Service and term of publication of the Listing. The term of the Service is not tied to the term of publication of the Listing: a Listing has its own publication term. A Service works only while the Listing is published. If the Listing is unpublished, deleted by the Customer, sold or its publication term expires, the term of the Service continues to run, and the unused part is not transferred to another Listing and is not refunded, except in the cases stated in Section 8 and in the legislation. Therefore, before purchasing, check the remaining publication term of the Listing.
5.6. “Hot offers” and the Premium Service. The Service gives the right to have the Listing displayed in the relevant block under the rules of the Site. The number of places in the block is limited; other Listings, including unpaid ones, may be displayed next to paid Listings in the block. The display order is determined by the Site; the Provider does not promise a specific position or number of impressions.
5.7. Business plan.
5.8. Auto-renewal.
5.9. Paid publication in a category. Until publication is paid for, a Listing in a category with paid placement is not published. After payment, the Listing is sent for review (moderation) and is published once it has passed; the publication term is the same as for an ordinary Listing.
5.10. End of the Service. When the term ends, the Service ends. The Site may notify you of the end of the Service by email (the notification can be turned off in the profile settings).
6.1. The Provider is obliged to:
6.2. The Provider is entitled to:
6.3. The Customer is obliged to:
6.4. The Customer is entitled to: receive the paid Services; receive information on Services and payments; withdraw from the contract in accordance with Section 8; turn off plan auto-renewal at any time; and submit requests and complaints in accordance with Section 9.
6.5. Moderation, blocking and paid Services.
7.1. The parties are liable to each other in accordance with the legislation of Georgia and the Offer.
7.2. The Provider does not guarantee: the sale of a car, spare parts or any other subject of a Listing; the sale price; the number of views, calls, messages or additions to favourites; a specific position in the search results or in a block; uninterrupted round-the-clock operation of the Site. The result of promotion depends on the price, photos, description, season, demand and other factors beyond the Provider’s control, so the Provider does not promise any increase in views, calls or messages.
7.3. The Provider is not a seller, a buyer or an intermediary in transactions between Users and is not responsible for the content of Listings posted by Users or for such transactions. The Provider is not responsible for failures on the part of the Bank, payment systems or internet providers, for a malfunction of the Customer’s device, for the actions of third parties who obtained access to the account through the Customer’s fault, or for force majeure. This does not release the Provider from liability if the failure occurred through its fault.
7.4. If a Service is not performed or is performed improperly through the Provider’s fault (for example, because of a failure of the Site), the Customer may require it to be performed properly, with the term extended by the duration of the failure, or may demand a refund of the fee for the part not performed. The Consumer may also use other remedies provided by law, including a proportionate reduction of the fee and compensation for losses.
7.5. The Provider’s liability to a Seller Company is limited to actual direct damage, up to the cost of the Service in connection with which the damage arose; lost profit is not compensated. These limitations do not apply to damage caused intentionally or by the gross negligence of the Provider, or in other cases where the law does not permit liability to be limited. As regards the Consumer, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted by the legislation of Georgia.
7.6. The Customer, as the advertiser, is responsible for the content and accuracy of their Listing. A paid Service does not change this responsibility.
7.7. Nothing in this Section limits liability that cannot be limited under the legislation of Georgia, or the rights of the Consumer.
8.1. The detailed refund procedure is set out in the Refund Policy. The refund limitations listed below are disclosed before payment: links to them and a consent checkbox are placed next to the payment button (clause 3.2).
8.2. The Provider refunds money in the following cases, regardless of the cost of the Service:
A refund on application (items d) and e)) is made manually by a Provider employee after the application has been checked; the Provider informs the Customer of the decision within the period stated in clause 9.2.
8.3. The Consumer’s right of withdrawal. A contract for the provision of a Service concluded through the Site is a distance contract (concluded over the internet, without a personal meeting). The Consumer may withdraw from it without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date the contract is concluded (Law of Georgia “On Consumer Protection” No. 1455 of 29.03.2022, Art. 13). To withdraw, it is enough, before the 14 days expire, to send the Provider an application in free form to info@autospot.ge or through the form autospot.ge/feedback, or to complete the model withdrawal form (Appendix 1). The period is deemed to have been observed if the application is sent before it expires. The Provider immediately acknowledges receipt of the application by email to the Consumer and does not require any information for withdrawal other than that stated in the model form. The Provider refunds the amount paid no later than 14 calendar days from the day it received the notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method that the Consumer used (Art. 15). If the legislation gives the Consumer a longer period or more favourable terms, those apply. If, before the contract was concluded, the Provider did not inform the Consumer of the right of withdrawal, the law extends the period: the Consumer may withdraw within 12 months after the 14 days have ended (Art. 13(8)), and if the Provider informs the Consumer of the right later, the Consumer has 7 days from receipt of that information (Art. 13(9)).
8.4. Exception. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Service has been fully performed (its term has expired), performance began with the Consumer’s prior consent and with the Consumer’s acknowledgement that, once the Service has been fully performed, the Consumer loses the right of withdrawal (Art. 14(2)(a)). Performance of a Service may begin before the 14 days have expired only at the Consumer’s express request (Art. 12(7)). Therefore, when ordering a Service costing 30 ₾ or more, the Consumer confirms before payment, by a separate checkbox (clause 3.3), that:
Without such confirmation, the Provider does not rely on the loss of the right of withdrawal. If the Consumer has withdrawn from the contract before the Service was fully performed, the amount paid is refunded in accordance with clause 8.3. The Provider does not retain any fee for the part of the Service that was already performed before the withdrawal. A bonus credited in connection with the payment being refunded (for example, a top-up bonus or a plan activation bonus) is cancelled on refund to the extent it has not been spent; bonuses already spent are not recovered by the Provider from the Consumer (for details, see the Refund Policy, clause 4.3).
8.5. Services costing no more than 30 ₾. Under Art. 10(3) of that Law, the requirements of its Chapter III on distance contracts (Arts. 10–15), including the right of withdrawal within 14 days, do not apply to services whose price does not exceed 30 ₾. Therefore, for a Service costing no more than 30 ₾ (per order), the right of withdrawal under clause 8.3 does not apply by law. For a Service costing exactly 30 ₾, the Provider voluntarily applies clauses 3.3, 8.3 and 8.4 as if the law applied to it. Refunds in the cases in clause 8.2 apply at any cost of the Service.
8.6. Seller Companies. The consumer protection law protects only consumers, so the right of withdrawal under clause 8.3 does not extend to Seller Companies. They are granted refunds in the cases in clause 8.2 and in accordance with the Refund Policy.
8.7. What is not refunded (unless the law requires otherwise):
These limitations do not deprive the Consumer of the rights given to the Consumer by the legislation of Georgia.
8.8. Plans and auto-renewal. After paying for a plan, the Consumer may withdraw from the contract under clause 8.3 if the plan has not yet been fully performed. Automatic renewal is treated as a new purchase: the 14 days for withdrawal run from the day of renewal; the renewal price is determined under clause 5.8. Turning off auto-renewal stops future debits but does not refund what has already been paid. In the plan deletion window, the Site warns that deletion by itself does not refund money; to obtain a refund under clause 8.3 or other grounds in Section 8, an application must be submitted.
8.9. Remaining Balance. The conditions for refunding unused Balance money are set out in the Refund Policy.
8.10. Method of refund. Where the Consumer withdraws under clause 8.3, the money is refunded by the same method as was used for payment: what was paid from the Balance goes to the Balance; what was paid by bank card goes to the same card through the Bank. A refund by another method is made only with the Consumer’s consent and without additional costs to the Consumer. In other cases under clause 8.2, the money is refunded to the Balance, and a Customer who paid for the Service directly by card receives it to the card on their application. A refund to the Balance is made immediately after the decision is taken. The Provider sends the instruction for a refund to the card to the Bank no later than 14 calendar days from receipt of the application for withdrawal (in other cases, within the period stated in the Refund Policy); the time it takes for the money to arrive on the card depends on the banks.
9.1. Questions, complaints and withdrawal applications may be sent to info@autospot.ge or through the form autospot.ge/feedback. The request should state the phone number or email of the account, the Service and the Listing, the date and amount of the payment, and the substance of the claim. For a withdrawal application under clause 8.3, the data in the model withdrawal form is sufficient; the Provider finds the other information itself. Do not send the card number, SMS codes or passwords.
9.2. The Provider replies on the substance no later than 10 business days from receipt of the request. The Provider replies to refund applications faster — within the periods stated in the Refund Policy. If information from the Bank or from the Customer is needed for the reply, the Provider says so within the same period. A Consumer’s withdrawal application is considered and carried out within the periods in clause 8.3.
9.3. Contacting the Provider is a convenient but not a mandatory step. The Consumer may at any time apply to the Competition and Consumer Agency of Georgia, to a court, or to the bank that issued the Consumer’s card; for personal data matters, to the State Audit Office of Georgia (clause 9.5). Nothing in the Offer limits this right or obliges the Consumer to go through an internal review procedure first.
9.4. The Offer and all relations concerning the Services are governed by the legislation of Georgia. Disputes are heard by the courts of Georgia under the jurisdiction rules established by the legislation of Georgia; if those rules provide a more favourable option for the Consumer, it applies.
9.5. Personal data. To conclude and perform the contract, the Provider processes account data (phone number and/or email, name if provided), data on Listings, orders and payments (Service, amount, date, order number). The basis for processing is performance of the contract with the Customer (Art. 5(1)(b) of the Law of Georgia “On Personal Data Protection” No. 3144 of 14.06.2023). Bank card data is entered only on the Bank’s payment page and is not passed to the Provider; the order number, amount, currency and name of the Service are passed to the Bank. Service emails are sent through an email provider whose servers may be located outside Georgia. The recipients of the data, the retention periods, transfers outside Georgia and the Customer’s rights (access, rectification, erasure, blocking, portability, withdrawal of consent) are described in the Privacy Policy. A request can be sent to info@autospot.ge or through the form autospot.ge/feedback. If the Customer considers that their rights have been violated, the Customer may apply to the State Audit Office of Georgia (the personal data protection supervisory authority since 02.03.2026) or to a court.
10.1. The Provider may amend the Offer only for the following reasons: a change in legislation or in the requirements of the Bank and payment systems; a change in the content, prices or manner of providing the Services; correction of errors; technical reasons. The new version is published on the page autospot.ge/oferta with its date and takes effect no earlier than 14 days after publication. Only changes that improve the Customer’s position, correct typographical errors or are directly necessitated by a change in the law take effect immediately. The same procedure applies to the Refund Policy.
10.2. No later than 14 days before the changes take effect, the Provider notifies, by email to the account and in the personal account, the Customers who have an active plan with auto-renewal.
10.3. Services paid for before the new version takes effect are provided on the previous terms until the end of the paid term. The new version applies to automatic plan renewal only if the Customer received the notice under clause 10.2 and did not turn off auto-renewal. A Customer who does not agree with the changes may, before they take effect, withdraw from the plan and receive a refund for the unused part of the paid term in proportion to the remaining full days.
10.4. Ordering a Service after the changes take effect means the Customer’s agreement to the new version.
10.5. The Provider will send previous versions of the Offer on request at info@autospot.ge.
